2025-26 Glenhope PTA Auction

There are a couple changes to this year's auction.  We are doing two different auctions: 

• PreSale Auction on Sept 2-5:  This will include all the reserved parking spots, the (30) Green Gators on Gator Row, Name the Hallways, Ceiling Tiles and a couple more surprises! 
• Gala Auction on Nov 7-14:  This will be our normal online auction running up to our Gator Gala.  Here you will be able to bid on Rule the School, Vacations, Reserved Seating and so much more! 

Glenhope Elementary PTA is hosting our annual Gator Gala and Silent Auction on Friday November 14th, 2025. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The funds raised allow us to provide our students with field trips, update school equipment, and necessary classroom supplies to enhance the learning experience of each of our students.

Please consider donating a gift certificate or item to our silent auction. Your business’s logo will be included in our promotional materials including our PTA website and Facebook page as well as our online auction website.  This visibility will be seen by a student/family population of 500+ as well as additional community members who support our school. 

Glenhope Elementary PTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and as such, your donations are tax deductible. Our EIN number is 75-2597359. We also fall under the Texas PTA group exemption, EIN number 74-1054403.
